Calgary Economic Development president Graham departing in June

Calgary Economic Development is seeking a new leader after president and CEO Bruce Graham announced Thursday that he’s leaving the organization after 12 years.

Graham, who came to Calgary from Toronto in 2003, said the decision not to renew his contract with CED didn’t come suddenly.

“For me, personally, if I wanted to do anything new and different the timing for me was perfect, both with my experience and my age,” said the 54-year-old Graham, who will stay on through June to assist the transition.
