EDMONTON – The first unmanned aircraft approved by Transport Canada to fly over downtown Edmonton is set to lift off Wednesday on a photo shoot.
The Spreading Wings S1000 will take video of construction at Rogers Place and the Walterdale Bridge for the Dialog design and planning firm.
“We’re just trying to find better ways to capture our work, especially on large-scale projects,” Dialog spokeswoman Krissy Schmidt said Tuesday.
“Photography can’t capture what a drone can from up in the air.”
